Blades of light.

Stretching it a little. I was playing around with photographing the tree the other day and this was one of the shots.

I guess you could call that a sculpture of light sabres! However, a light sabre doesn't have a blade. It uses something like a laser to do its work. My wife says I watch too much Star Trek and Star Wars. I guess this proves.

Returning to Earth and reality, I don't see blades in this shot. I was trying to see if it would fit any of the other categories but found none. It is a beautiful shot and I won't delete it but I don't see that it qualifies.

Cal - I knew it was stretching it a bit so I had looked up the definition of the word blade. What I found was, "Blade: something long and thin resembling a blade of grass"

Not a problem if it doesn't qualify. I've already checked off my blade with the wiper blades. Four items to go to complete the list. Has anyone completed the entire list yet?

I haven't been keeping statistics this time. With Christmas activities and such, I didn't want to be bothered with it. Maybe, when the challenge has run its course, I will run a spreadsheet on it and report the results. When we do Treasure Hunt #3, I will try to keep running stats.

My first two pics showed 10 objects. The last two -- fan and horseshoe I did a couple days later. I hope they pick odd or unusual objects next time so we have some work to do. :G
