Feathers are an integral part of any Indian Pow Wow and these have been a joy to watch locally.

This is an experiment I did some time ago trying to recapture essence of thephrase, "Light one Candle Rather Than Curse the Darkness."

The overall shot is quite effective and with some photoshopping can equal anything commercial.

Two down and ... to go.

Aloha

Both shots are beautiful in their own way but I like the second the best. It amazes me how you were able to capture the essence of the candle without shedding any light onto the background. Great work.

Folks

Thank you all for your kind comments. This shot was captured using an older point and shoot Olympus730 10XUltra Zoom 2.0 megapixel.

Tripod with a 1/3rd second at f8.0 no other special equipment.A bot of patience was all that was added.

Aloha

Indians have invaded the Islands, eh? Can casinos be far behind? :-)
