Taken last spring in London. They have these really neat buskers who stand around as statues and come to life when you apprach and make a 'contribution'. This one posed with my daughter.

Ahh,
a funny shot! Great! I'd wish for another background - I don't like this one at all... but you can't get everything I suppose... Maybe with a wider aperture one would have been able to blur the building... hm.

I am somewhat puzzled about that soft/out-of-focus feeling in your daughters face - maybe it's because that statue guys face and clothes have such clear and strong contrasts? Or maybe she moved just a tad?

The sun-lit faces of both make for an interesting shot, too.
