Being exposed to conditions like these is probably what gave me the flu last week! I'm over it now and finally able to do normal things!! LOL

(Hope these aren't too wide)

Here's some fluid movement along the Michigan shore of Lake Michigan:

South Haven Michigan Lighthouse on a cold, windy February afternoon. This lighthouse is about 40 feet tall, so that spray is around 50 feet tall!

Here's the St. Joseph, Michigan Pierhead Light in the same conditions

Nice catch on those waves. Looks like great places to get some incredible action shots with the pounding waves. Someone standing up on the lighthouse would be good for perspective.

Thanks!

As cold and wet as it was (not to mention deadly with those ice cold waves and frigid water) it was impossible to get anyone to stand around the lighthouses!!

In the summer, it's just the opposite -- very hard to get a shot without people!

Excellent work but also familiar. I think these photos were posted here recently. There is nothing wrong. It is just that I seem to have an uncanny memory for photographs.
