We had a cook-out earlier this month. Burgers, hot dogs and all. The "chef" got a little carried away with getting the food "well done". I submit a picture of his burger creamatorium for the Biweekly Shoot Out as well asyour review and comment.

When I was a boy, we were over at a friend's house (family doctor!) for dinner and one of their kids popped up and said "You burned it just right, mom!".

You're suppose to wait until the flames die down to cook the meat. However, if the intent was blackening it as in Cajun cooking, then maybe this is ok.

Cal ... Bynx

I am not sure what the "Chef's" intention was. I for oneam not a fan a crisp meat unless it is bacon. I had a burger later after the coals died down.

Thanks for your comments
