There is a place near Bend, Oregon called Pederson's Rock Garden. It is miniature world carved out of rocks. One of the features is this American flag with this building model on top of it. I don't know my Washington buildings well enough to name this but it could be Indepencence Hall.

Hawaii and Alaska were admitted to the US in the mid 1950's so you can tell roughly how old this structure is from the 48-star flag.

A love of labor no doubt. Stands as a monument to someone's perseverance and patience.
