Lots of Pathways here. Up and down, straight ahead and twist around.

When did you take that? That place is usually crowded with people during business hours.

That pic was shot early Sunday morning a couple of weeks ago while everybody else was sleeping.

Those birds are a large artwork which has been controversial over the years.

Bynx, I looked and looked at this shot trying to figure out what was wrong. Then I realized that this is not the Eaton's Center that I am familiar with and which now is gone, so I'm told. I am thinking of the one that was located in downtown Victoria, British Columbia.

Beautiful shot of a beautiful place.

That is a really interesting composition. There is so much going on, geometrically, I would have thought it might make the shot too busy. But, that's not the case. I love it. It reminds me of something from M.C. Escher.
Why are the birds a controversy?

I agree with SMAC the vision is almost Escher like except there are no monks walking around on the staircases.

The Canada Geese were each individually sculpted and actual photographs pasted to the outside of the models so there is photograhic accuracy. Eatons bought them as a 3D sculpture work of art. This was many years ago. Once they wanted to tie Christmas bows to each Goose but the artist took them to court and they were forced to leave the birds alone. Just a funny annecdote about them. As for the Escher comparison I never thought of it that way but he is my favorite artist. I have many of his best works here as original prints I purchased long ago in Paris France.
