A few weeks ago, my doctor "sentenced" me to lose 100 pounds, so I've been spending a lot of time lately walking in the botanical garden. This morning, I got up the guts for the first time to climb "Old Brick Hill." Looking up the path to the top

The botanical garden was established as a donation from a family which had operated a farm on a peninsula. This path is made up of bricks from the old family home which had collapsed many years ago. Looking back down the path from the top

BTW, the diet program is obviously working since I took the shot from the top :G

Paul,

Beautiful shots. The first one really leads you into it.

Good luck with your "sentencing!"

Great shots, Paul. I've been doing a lot of hiking in local parks for both weight and to help control my Diabetes. I take walks around the neighborhood during the week and hikes in local nature parks on the weekend.
