This one takes "candid" to a different plane since I didn't know I was doing a "people" shot. When I shot it, I was shooting the tunnel of lights against a dark background. I was more than surprised when I viewed it at home on my computer to find that the dark background was, in fact, a black mirror (brought out by my off-camera flash), and I caught my wife trying to figure out how one of the "children's exhibits" at the local science museum worked.

A wonderful accident!

How much, if anytwiddling did you need to turn this into a mini-masterpiece? It's an excellent advertisement for such exhibitions.

Thanks, Alan. Almost no tweaking was done. The wood frame of the mirror was diamond-shaped, so when I cropped to a square, it gave the photo the wood-frame corners. Other than that, just a little levels and sharpness tweaking.
