Another shot from behind my steering wheel, this time on the way home tonight. The second from the archives is from the cockpit window looking down on our house. My son is a pilot and takes dad with him on many of his flights.

Bob,

The first shot is so cold I can feel it all the way here. Lovely perspective. The stretched out road framed by the trees and the snowy landscape, a scene worth remembering.

That second shot is crisp and clear. There are advantages to having a personal pilot flyng you around.

If you cropped out the hood of the car in the first shot, that would be a picture worth of framing and hanging over the mantle.

The second shot reminds me of my earlier days (about 30 years ago) when I used to fly small planes (Cessnas and Pipers). I did some aerial photography in Idaho but I really didn't know what I was doing. I did get a couple nice shots of the Grand Teton mountains in western Wyoming.

Good work, Bob.

The first one is a very pretty scene. Nice job.

Reminds me. I have a perfect place now to use a shot I took when we were at Harvard a week or so ago. I'll explain when I post.
