I expect there'll be mixed response to this as well, but it was a bad omission. The objects in my prior entries required wakeful concentration. This one does the waking, with a poor man's "Teasmade" (kettle on a timer).

The breakfast tray would normally be far more complex and too cluttered, with six additional items, but with the family away at presentit slims to this selection.

The squeamish may clone out out the second-hand teabags if they wish. I like to tell it how it is (in this sequence).

It has a spooky feel to it. The kettle looks scary.

Interesting lighting, adds some unusual shadowing. It doesnt look like a bad way to start the day.

Nice light breakfast, I just get a bowl of cereal and cup of instant coffee.

Well, I suppose having Donald Duck prepare one's breakfast might be somewhat dangerous.

Dim, low anglelighting is actually required in real life. It'sessential that when my wife is in residence, she doesn't get woken before the tea arrives on her bedside table.

Interesting shot....the way the shadows fall on the kettle DOES remind me of Donald Duck!
