Nice composition, Bynx. A couple questions (maybe three!) Did you adjust the color balance to get all the timepieces in the same color. Second, is that an original mechanical anniversary clock or is it a quartz replica. Lastly, did you use some kind of star filter (either glass or digital)?

We have two anniversary clocks, one quartz that sits above the tv and an original mechanical version that is broken, The thin metal band that supports the pendulum is broken.

I shot this with my trusty 60 watt light bulb as light source. I purposely threw the white balance off, then pulled it in a bit with Photoshop.
Nope, thats just a battery quartz pendulum clock.
And no I didnt use any filter for the star effect. I think the streaks of light are there because my light source was about 90° from the lens and bounced off the glass globe and metal base directly into the lens. Its more lens flare than anything else.
