Default What Went Wrong--Easy one!

Here is an easy one. Another archive shot. Bynx, you can slap my hand if you want! Shot about five years ago with my Minolta S414 P&S.

Those tanks which held plastic pellets for injection molding, are really white!

Looks like you had the white balance set on tungsten.

Default White balance problem.

As Bob noted your white balance is off possibly a remnant setting from a previous shot.

Bob and Selvin are both correct. The WB was inadvertently left set to tungsten/incandescent from a previous indoor shot. To correct in PS or PSP, it is necessary to adjust the color balance to 2500 K. Normally, the color balance is 6500 K.

how have you all been faring with the new lightbulbs, the fluorescent ones? I can't seem to do as well with colour with them.

My monitor is also being problematic, but i'll hopefully be taking care of that soon. doesn't help that i'm colourblind!
