Default Long Exposure

I'm normally not a fan of the super silky water/waterfall shots, but sometimes it does really enhance the shot. In this case (an archived shot) Grotto Falls in the Smoky Mountains had very little water flowing over it. I tried to "stop" the water, but it did not look right. Here it is at a slow shutter speed. I think it works well here and gives the shot a bit of a mystic feel.

Mugmar, it looks like spun sugar. It works with this image very nicely.

Thanks all for the kind comments.
Bynx, No problem I don't mind at all. I like the treatment you did on the left, but the one on the right is a bit over done for my taste.

I love the shot. I'm a sucker for what I call "fuzzy water"! I know Selvin doesn't like it but that's his choice.

Mugmar,
Cal is right, I'm not a fan of the fuzzy waterfall effect but in your case the effect is well contrlled and the results are beautiful.
