Default Wheels but Not Tires -- Industrial Arts

Here are a couple shots featuring one of my other hobbies, namely woodworking. The first shot shows the upper wheel on my band saw. The second show the upper bearing guides for the blade.

I know the quality could be better but this was a handheld "snatch and grab"! Nikon D100, Sigma 28-70mm lens, on-camera flash.

Nice shots Cal. Good and clear and perfect for the challenge. By the way I did a snatch and grab once. Almost landed me in jail.

Thanks, Bynx. I guess I should confess...the wheel on the band saw does have a thin rubber tire on it.

Nice looking saw. Good photos. I used to do a lot of woodworking, but just haven't had time for it in recent years.

cal,
At first blush before reading the caption I thought the first shot was a bank vault like the ones you see in movies.
The details on the second shot are so good the wisp of a piece of debris can be clearly seen.
Good work!

Nicely done, Cal. I'm a fan of your woodworking hobby.
