Default Wheels but not Tires

Aaahh for the craftsmanship of a well made clock. Now its just this junk. Plastic wheels....how disgusting. But wheels nonetheless.

Excellent. I wonder if and when the number of these in circulation exceeded a billion. We seem to have a large proportion of them in this house, usually with a bit missing.

It took me a few seconds to recognize this item. That is bad considering I work in a store that sells them!! Great idea and great shot.

Bynx,
Remember that a generation ago the elctronics behind all of this plastic needed a room. The progress is in the electronics not the plastic pieces. If we dwell too much on the quality of the parts we'd never buy one of these.

Which is why these can be gotten for a couple bucks, but a Rolex is several thousand. The funniest part though, is that the cheap ones keep better time than multi-thousand dollar mechanical chronographs. Odd, no?
