Default Writing Instruments -- Getting even closer

On my macro lens I added some extension tubes to get even closer to the "business end" of this pen.

Two shots definately worth a comment. Excellent depth of field and focus. Ive never seen such spectacular shots of these two common objects before.

Walter,
As you commented before, the pen looks like a well used cone end of a space ship. I heartily agree.
The chunk of graphite in the pencil certainly takes on a different dimension in your macro. Well done!
