I am not sure if this qualifies as a transparency shot unless you shot it through a mirror or other transparent item.

If this is an older color TV or monitor, there is a thick layer of glass on the front of the of the CRT but it is an integral part of the display. If this is a flat screen display, there is a thin layer of plastic in front of the display elements (LCD or LED) but, again, it is an integral part of the display.

Having said all of that, this is an excellent capture of the TV or computer image. That can be tricky.

It's my first love in macro mode. And you're right. It doesn't qualify as transparency.

Please explain what we are seeing in the second shot. Is that the lens of a video camera or something else? Inquiring minds want to know!

Peak Anastigmatic 4X Loupe pointing to delighted Tinkerbell (my beloved) on an LCD computer screen with a lamp out of the scene. A miserable fetishist setup I've been forced to confess!
