Default Seasonal Change -- A Foggy Dew

One of the seasonal changes around here is the start of the rainy season and foggy mornings. It was quite foggy Wednesday morning this week and my wife and I went out seeking fog photos. We ended up at Rood Bridge Park in Hillsboro, Oregon and here is one of the shots I took. You can see the fog in the background and, if you look closely, you can see the dew and condensed fog on the tips of the needles in the foreground.

Here's a closeup of the dewdrops on the pine needles.

Cal,
Beautifully done! Don't get too much of that around here but it's a great work of nature.

Its the details like your second shot that we often overlook. Your first shot would make a nice Christmas card.

Thanks everyone for your comments. When I shot these photos, I wasn't even thinking of the challenge. I was just trying to get some interesting fog and silhouette photos. It only occurred to me after the fact that some of the photos were perfect for the challenge.
