Welcome to the forum. I have been remiss in my duties greeting all the new people who have joined us in recent weeks. Welcome to all of you.

The circle is obvious. The two tree trunks form the top of a triangle but something other than the edge of the photo is needed to complete it. You've got the right idea, however.

Cal, there is a full triangle in the upper left section, formed by two larger branches.

Mary,
Welcome. Now that's a tree with character. It reminds me of something from a Tim Robbins movie. Don't know why.

thanks for the warm welcome guys!

and yes this old tree has character. it's been hit by lightning, crashed into by a drunk driver and it still manages to put out a little bit of foliage and pecans each year!
