Default Colors - Cabine Room

We rented a cottage out in the hill country when my daughter graduated from college, for the family to stay at, like a reunion thing. This is one of the pictures I took.

Fofa,
The mood is nicely captured but IMHO it lacks focus.

So softening it a touch to improve the mood was not a good thing in this case?
Just asking.

Fofa,
Thinking in some detail. There are three sources of light, the lamp, the doorway, and the reflection(?) on the far left. The softening contributes to the mood which is one of your primary goals but my eye is distracted by the three light sources.
I don't know how you would get rid of the reflection (?) short of some serious cloning. The door could probably be cropped to allow the light from the lamp to be the focal point. Just my observations.
