Default Geometry in composition - snail

Hi All
Today I was playing around with my latest 'DSLR' toy - a Canon 100mm macro. Enjoying it very much (will post some shots in the close-up section soon).
When I saw the snail from above, I thought of the current topic, so I snapped this photo - as there is a clear triangle (snail's eyes/antenna) - as well as the diagonal line (in relation to the photo composition).
Also, one could possibly argue the snail's shell 'almost' constitutes for a S-bend....
Photo taken was hand-held.
Hope you appreciate the photo. Comments welcome.
Paul

The contrast between the snail and the stone is really quite nice. Love these little guys but they tend to wreak havoc with my gardens.

Many thanks for your appreciation of both the contrast.

Indeed, I'm not a huge fan of snails (or many other little creepy crawlies) that eat my vegies or ruin some of my plants' foilage.

However, they're often short-lived! :-) Adelaide doesn't rate too bad regarding insect infestations (apart from isolated termites which can be bad in some situations).
