love these kind of shots myself. I always feel like I am there sharing a little bit of the daily life of the photographer.
Interesting to note that there is hardly a single car in view there?.... all 4x4 I guess the terrain is a little tough out there .

Look after that tree its the only bit of nature clinging-on in that concrete landscape

Thanks, Earleybird...!

I made many shots to get one not only exposed to my liking but without any vehicles
going by... I had a few with light trail ghost images that I just didn't like...


Here's a few more from around my "Yard" that I took earlier this year...


A view looking up at the power pole from down below my Kitchen Window in the parking lot...





Looking east (left) down the alley that runs along under my Kitchen Window... That's the base
of the power pole from the previous image at the very right edge...





If you stood at that intersection seen in the Kitchen Window image and looked east (left again)
this would be the view...




And I agree with you about the tree, at least from that windows view...
