Default Windspray

Last week we spent a few days with friends on the mid-north coast (of NSW). On the morning I managed to get to the beach a stiff breeze was whipping the spray from the face of the waves and stinging sand was attacking bare legs.

Oh well, maybe there'll be better weather next time whenever that may be.

Cheers

No doubt - you have caught the wind. Donovan should be jealous.

We call those wave tops rooster tails around here. Very well captured.

I really do like these images as they not only capture and convey the effects of the wind on the water. But, the color of the ocean and sky add to the overall effect of how dreary a day it must have been.

Thank you Walter C, Brian, selvin, Mugmar, vsch1 and zig for your interest and comments — much appreciated.

You're right zig, it really was a drear and dismal day, and then it closed in and rained!

Cheers
