You have a statue superimposed on a background of water. What does this have to do with wind or did I miss something. I tried my best to get some wind from this image but I failed.

The statue is for real calr. It'not superimposed, and shows a guy against a virtual wind... But if it doesn' fit the challenge delete the post. No problem.

That is an amazing scultpture....really fantastic and it fits the challenge quite nicely. Well captured, too! Who is the artist, do you know?

I don't know the sculptor. I may try to google it. The sculpture -in a town of China- is really impressive and gives an amazing sense of movility. Here´s from another angle and with the pedestal i cloned in #1:

Ordo,

Got the idea of running against the wind but personally would have preferred to have the pedestal remain.
