Default Point A to Point B

This is how my Amish neighbors get from point a to point b.

Wow, that looks COLD Bob (not sure if the B&W accentuates that).

Nice capture, particularly with the horse turning. (The photo appears a bit soft / blurred), but certainly the idea and composition are very strong.

Do your Amish neighbours live in a community, or also live generally amongst others? (eg houses in a street)?

Thanks for sharing!! Hope you keep warm.

Thanks Paul! I agree with your observation of the softness, this was taken through my truck windshield
and the light was pretty low that morning. These folks do live in a community, most of them live in a ten
to fifteen mile radius. We have had a pretty rough winter but it looks like we
are finally getting a break in the temps for the next several days! Yeah!

It might be cold, but the horse doesn't seem to be objecting. Like the picture, the softness doesn't ruin it like many other pictures. The b&w helps, I think.

The monochrome and slight softness, combined with the subject matter, give it a definite antique look. (except for the triangle reflector and lights, of course). Nice photo.
