Default Fish out of water - Eagle with lunch for young ones

My first real visit with Bald Eagles in the wild. This one just grabbed lunch for their two eaglets.

Very nice shot! Amazing to see something like that (I'm envious).

Thank you Zig and Mtngal for taking the time to comment. It is just awe inspiring to watch these birds in action. I hope to be able to do it again soon.

Beautiful catch!
I used to live in Idaho Falls, Idaho about 15 years ago and there was a wildlife refuge about 40-50 mile north. I think it was Sand Creek or something like that. I can't find it on Google Maps. Anyway, I was there one day observing all the birds and I chanced to see a Golden Eagle swoop down and pull a fish from the water. It was an amazing sight which I had never seen in real life before, just on TV. I felt privileged to see it for myself.
