Hawgwild,

This is the first time I read your byline about fur and leather, very funny.
The effect is a bit more subdued than I would have liked but still a credible job. I suspect that if he had a fur coat that was a bit more fluffy, the effect would be quite substantial.

Thanks everybody, I don't normally participate in these shoot-outs. Selvin, you're right about the fur. That WOULD be dramatic. It was the ears I was thinking about here, so I got a little tunnel vision..

I really like this shot. The backlighting is very obvious and almost creates a halo effect on the dog.
