Default Some Port Adelaide Convergance

Hi friends

On Saturday I took a few friends to Port Adelaide for some photo 'tutorial' (some were very new to photography, so I was talking about exposure, 'rule' of thirds, camera settings, basic composition, etc).

Anyway - I had a chance to take a few photos myself too for this biweekly shoot out challenge.

This photo - I think the pavers on the side of the wharf naturally converge in quite a nice way.

And in this second photo, I took the opportunity to go under the jetty, and take a photo with my camera having my ultra wide angle lens on, and being right near the boards, so there are some strong lines converging from the side.

Hope these meet the criteria well, and make for enjoyable viewing.

Regards

Paul

Both are quite nice examples, but I like the one you posted in the comments forum best.

The second shot is almost as if someone took Walter C's photo under the pier and squashed it down.
Really liked the paved walkway with converging path.

Walter C
Thanks for your kind comment about both examples. I'm glad you like the photo of the jetty (from above) in the critiques and comments section most (it's also my more preferred shot of these 3).

I didn't think about that perspective (as you said - looking like a squashed up version of Walter C's under the pier photo post). But yes, I can see what you've said!
Thanks for liking the paved walkway / converging photo.

Regards

Paul
