Default Lower point of view: Statue

This is one of many statues displayed at the Mission San Juan Bautista, CA.

Is that a statue of Prometheus Unbound? Not much context to really enjoy.

To be honest Selvin, I have no idea what it is. But, next time I go visit the mission, I'll make sure I take some notes.

Good choice on when to shoot this because the shadows add to the drama created by the POV.

Thanks! I took a few shots from different angles but the contrast was too high making it difficult to meter properly. This was the best of the bunch IMO.

Interesting perspective, and a dramatic looking statue. I like it!

I agree, the perspective makes the statue even more commanding than it probably is.

Thanks, Vanessa. This is an interesting statue but you guys are correct, the perspective of the shot does make it look more dramatic than it really is.
