Default Soon to be Strawberries

A couple of macros of baby strawberries. I used a 28-300 Sigma zoom along with a 2X teleconverter.

Cool! What did you do for lighting? It looks like neat lighting in the first one and reversing lenses always seems to need a flash when I've done it.

Lighting was from the sunlight coming through the window aided by a small flashlight. Both images are full frame. Reversing the lens is a real cool way to do true Macro.

Nice shots Bynx! Strawberries and shortcake, with ice cream and/or whipped cream is one of my favorites.

Paul, there is a produce market ( Burris') in Loxley, Alabama (about an hour from me), and they serve the best strawberry shortcake in the south. Every trip tp Biloxi or New Orleans includes a stop there. Forgive the bad photography, but I couldn't resist...

One more, with your indulgence.. Granddaughter Bella chowing down on a shared dessert. The one in the foreground is mine, as soon as I'm done taking pictures..

Wow! Sorry to hear that! Maybe if you left off the whipped cream, or substituted yogurt...

Excellent macro shot but for some reason, I only see one picture.

How about some strawberries with all that whipping cream?!? LOL
