Very nice, even if a couple of them have their hands different than the others. With the gloves and the fact they are otherwise nicely lined up, it really stood out to me. That doesn't detract from the quality of the picture by the way.

I prefer the 1st image. The black and white treatment works very well.
As does the overall post processing.

If there is one thing that keeps catching my eye, it's the wording behind the first officer. I wonder how the composition would look with ZACK being erased.

Otherwise, as with all your work, a great image.
