Default Metallic - Just standing there barefoot...

I went on an overnight trip to Wichita, KS, where I used to live/work, on a recruiting trip with my boss. He wanted to do some brief site seeing the night we got there. I shot this guy, just standing there barefoot in the water and trash in downtown Wichita...

Is he contemplating the trash or oblivious to it? Nice photo. I've discovered shooting bronze statues can be more challenging than they appear, dynamic range can be a problem.

Curious statue. Do you know the story behind it? Why the bare feet?

I really don't know much about it. There are several bronze statues around downtown Wichita. Barefoot here is probably because there is a little bubbling fountain you can just see at the bottom of the shot.

I don't know much about them... But Google did!
