Default Holiday activities - looking at decorations

Every year we go looking at Christmas decorations. Vegas is always known for its glitz and over-the-top experience. This is one example, a tree ornament that is bigger than my tree! Not far from it was a model village made up of log cabins and a train station made from chocolate. And you can see that we weren't the only ones admiring the amazing display at the Bellagio.

If you are ever in Vegas during the holidays, the Bellagio always has wonderful decorations, well worth a visit.

That's quite the ornament!

I wonder how they have to move that?
with a forklift?

My in-laws lived in Vegas for almost 20yrs. Which gave us a perfect reason
to visit at least once a year. I miss walking around the casinos at nite and just watching the people from all parts of the world.

They also had a Christmas tree that was something like 3 stories high, this ornament was too large for it!

I have family in Vegas also, so have an excuse to go there fairly often. The Bellagio always has wonderful decorations.

I am with Bynx on this one... it looks like something you could float in or maybe a diving bell. With my girth ... well I would never fit in the neck of that thing!!! LOL

It would also be cool if, where the mirrors are, it was a window and it had a Santa inside with snow falling.. or elves working on toys.... ok my imagination got the best of me there... *S*

LOL! I love that idea, decorations in a decoration.
