Falling Water -- What goes up must come down!
This is the Salmon Springs Fountain on the river front in downtown Portland. Obviously shot at night with tripod using available light. Scanned 35mm Kodak Gold 100 negative.
 This might be too fuzzy for Selvin! Cal
