Once you hear the booming surf you never forget it. It is really churning up the sand in your photo.

Walter your eyes are fine, there is a very slight tilt but having recently shot a lot of wave photos the horizon shifts so rapidly that I easily forgive slight horizon problems in these cases. Given how much the waves move the water around I had a difficult time. What was a perfectly aligned horizon one moment is off by degrees a fraction of a second later.
