That looks like a lovely place to be ..in the summer! What is that in the foreground? Is that a stone tapestry?

Very nice shot. I've been to a place similar to that in Bend, Oregon. That's in central Oregon. There are a couple of rustic/upscale shopping centers in that town. I've been to one called the Old Mill District. It has building facades similar to this shot, colored lighting and outdoor eating (probably not during winter).

Looks kind of sad in a way, a place designed for outdoor living and no one around. It looks more like something you'd find in California, not England.
