Love the black and white and perspective of this one. The delicateness of the branch shadows is a nice contrast to the silhouette and shadow of the person.

At high noon (solar time) the shadow (if any) should be limited to the spot where the person is standing. I would say this is an hour or two before/after solar noon. However, it is still an outstanding photo as it was the first time we saw it.
