Default Reflections, Death Valley

Reflections found in a place better known for it's bare rocks, salt formations and sand. Taken in January, 2011 on a spur-of-the-moment weekend trip. I didn't even think about the fact that it was a full moon until I heard someone talking about it the day before I took these pictures.

Thank you for the compliments.

Calicajun - You sound like me, it seemed like we never took the time to go visit because it is so out of the way. This time we had a couple of spare days so we decided to take them there. I'm really glad we did, and that we could take time to get out of the car and explore. Driving through just doesn't do the place justice, you need to walk a short way here and there, and take some time to explore. There's still some places I want to visit, so one of these days I'll go back.

Yes, it's going on my list of places to go soon. Or in Death Valley case, soon as it cools down some in that valley.
