Default Speed/Motion -- Strobed Fan

Archive shot...
My flash has a strobe option which can create some interesting effects. For this shot, I had the fan running at low speed and room lights off. I laid on the floor and pointed the camera up at the fan. The fan has four blades. I don't remember the strobe speed.

Anyway, here is the result==

In looking closely at this shot, the reflection from the white ceiling makes the fan blades look transparent. I think it would have been better with a dark ceiling. However, I'm not going to repaint it just for a photo!!
