I think level is about 45 degrees clockwise, which puts the tree about 20 - 30 degrees tilted to the left. This is based on the cumulus clouds being formed when rising warm air condenses at the dew point. Which, at a given time on a given day is at a certain elevation. Thus the bottoms of cumulus clouds are relatively flat and at the same elevation. Draw line along the bottom of the clouds and you'll see they're reasonably parallel.

Nope, I'm not a weather nerd. I had to learn this to get my pilot's license.
