The owl doesn't look like he's very happy posing. Nice capture and good pick.

philby,

I can't see your pictures on my computer at home.

I think it has something to do with how we set up a filter here at the house. I think it filters out certain picture sites . . .

But I think I saw the owl picture on another computer I was using. And I remember thinking that the detail in the eyes was just amazing! Love it!

Thank you for your comments. These images are coming from my Pbase site. The easiest way to get there is to use www.philby.com.

On a side note; the owl died shortly after the photo was taken. I'm sure that was the reason I was able to get as close as I did to it.
