If my car ever looked like your first picture, I'd go back to bed! Yuck!

The second one is interesting - it's obviously very cold but there's no snow. Where was it taken - the terrain doesn't look like it shouldn't go with that much ice?

Now that you've gotten me really cold, I think I'll go find my nice, warm bed!

Thanks.
Regarding the first photo. I don' think you could have opened the doors with a crow bar.
The frozen lake is Blue Water Lake State Park, New Mexico in Prewitt.

It was about 15 degrees.

That auto shot brings back cold memories of Chicago!
I don't wish that on anyone.
These really capture the full effects of freezing weather.

I'm with you, Selvin. Few things are more miserable than Chicago's winters. Four years was enough for me.

I had that on our car just after I brought the to Lousisana and they asked me, in a loud tone, "what have you done to us". That was back in 1996, they did learn to love living in Lousisana and hated coming back to California. Very good shot it gave me shivers down my spine.
