These are photos I took several years ago, but have always liked.

Looking on a thought provoking activity:

I have a whole bunch of building reflection pictures, and so when I say I think this is outstanding, I really am impressed! And I love the first one too. It tells a story and invites you in.

Thank you all!

The second one was harder to take than I had expected - the angle had to be right to get the reflection of the clouds (and how often does Los Angeles get this type of cloud?), and the building's windows are not the same color all the way up, so I had to be selective. I was lucky that it all worked out right when I was at such an angle to the building and was able to get the diagonal line, too.

Both are great photos. The first is very interesting and thought provoking. That second photo is fascinating. Well done!

Very contemplative mood conveyed by the first.
Loved the geometry in the second.

Thanks! Both were taken on lunch time walks, something I haven't been doing much of lately. Need to get out more, for sure!

Thanks! The funny thing is that I wasn't thinking about geometry when I took the first one, just the reflection and the story I saw there. But looking at it now - there's a whole lot more geometric elements than I had realized when I took it, much more visible when the second one is included in the mix.
