Default Reflections: One of my favorite spots on earth

In response to Curmudgeon's post of the reflection of El Capitan in Yosemite Valley, I will post my favorite reflections from the high country of Yosemite taken during this last summers backpack trip to the park.
The first is taken of the Tuolumne River in Glen Aulin, the second is Mcgee Lake, The third is of one of the Ten Lakes in the Ten Lakes Basin, the forth is Upper Young Lake.

I really like the last 2 - sunsets are always fun and the moon shot really struck me. I've rarely seen a reflection like this, with the moon such a sliver.

I also prefer the last two.
Question, why is the reflection of the moon distorted?

All are nice but #2 is my favorite.

#3 is intriguing, but #2 is something I'd put on my wall.
