Default Reflection most unusual!!!!

I had forgotten about taking this photo. This was a family having a very bad day at Canyonlands National Park. I drove up before the authorities had arrived but they had plenty of help. I shot this one handed while being directed around the accident. Never figured out what caused it. It was a straight road and flat.

There are several reflections in the mirrors but the most unusual is my truck reflected in the top of the overturned van.

Whoa, a wheelie gone bad. Looks like no serious injuries that was very lucky.

Unusual catch.

This reminds me of a true story a friend told me. He was traveling cross country on I-80. This section of the road was long, straight, and level. He came upon a van on its side with the wheels still spinning. He stopped to help the driver who was relatively OK. When asked what happened, the shaken driver said that the van had been on cruise-control and for the past fifteen minutes, the steering wheel hadn't moved. He decided to get out of his seat (van still moving!) and go back to get a cold drink from his cooler. As soon as he got out of his seat, the van swerved and rolled. He didn't realize that getting out of his seat changed the center of gravity causing the van to lose control.

Moral of the story: Leave the cooler at home!

Definitely unusual.

Cal- my idea would be to have the cooler next to me so I wouldn't have to move.

Ok, my ideal would be a driver and I am in the back watching TV or playing with new camera equipment on the way to somewhere way too fun and have a full size refrigerator that my butler will hand me a libation of my choice as the miles go by.

Headed off to buy me a lottery ticket!

Lol! I'd be happy with just the driver, I wouldn't mind getting up myself to get the drink. Especially to have a driver to drive me to and from work, so I could get a bit more sleep.
