Default Egress two types by Bridge and by Sea

This is commonly referred to as the Golden Gate. This opening into San Francisco bay was called the Golden Gate even before the bridge was erected. I did not know that until reading Ansel Adams' biography.

This was shot from the top of Mt. Livermore on Angel Island. You can camp on the island if you make reservations and don't mind being deposited via ferry for the over night stay. You back pack everything in you will need. There is some running water on the island but you need to bring the rest.

The bridge serves as a daily egress for the travelers leaving the city, and the straits into the bay serve as egress for shipping.
