Selvin, Canyon de Chelly, Monument Valley, Salt River Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion are all places I visited within 5 or 6 days. Each was better than the next. Monument Valley is truly an incredible place and so memorable and familiar because of all the movies shot there. Visit it for sure. Here is another shot for you. Again the images are blurry compared to my razor sharp originals. Really does a number when they are posted here.

Bynx,
Zion and Bryce I've been to long before the digital era and while I was travelling across from Washington DC to Los Angeles with three generations in the car during the first gas crisis.

Arches was one of the 3 places I wanted to see. But my bad heart doesnt do well with any hiking uphill. Even the walk into Horseshoe Bend was a chore. But I plan to go back soon and will give it a shot. Perhaps horseback in to the arches. I was with a couple other people and they were not the right couple of people for the trip. Now I have to check out Escalante. Not sure if Ive ever heard of it.
