Default Evidence...

That the great glacier in the front yard will soon give way to spring

Nose-to-nose with the death of winter! The first photo in particular is fascinating. If I didn't know what it really is, I could imagine it being a large crystal cave with--what?--fairy light glowing within?

I on the other hand like the second one thinking it looks like a crystal cave, in fact I think I see Merlin . . .ah well.

I love the color and translucency of the first one, but there's just something about black and white that still gets to me. unfortunately, any time I try messing with it it comes out looking like poo

Thanks, guys! I was pleasantly surprised by these. They are a combination of all the formations made by months of compacted snow and ice, and a 70-degree-sunny-Friday-afternoon-off. They are what I found along my driveway and landscaping timbers. There were some neat hollows, lots of lace. I'm sure the neighbors thought me odd(er)!

Despair not! Though I won't tell you the specifics of it, the next challenge involves b&w. Some of us need help with it, some of us can offer help with it. Everybody wins.
