I experimented with the pic in black and white but I always ended back up in color. I like the way the roses contrast with the sort of uniformness, but bleakness of the headstones.

I agree with you. Though Mrkryz's idea wasn't wrong, in this case, I think the faded quality of the red augments the idea.

Lol Well that was just the way my eye saw the original .. and afterall... can something as subjective as a photo really ever be wrong? LOL aside from technical aspects like exposure and focus LOL :P
